SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 1-2 days for us to process your order. All orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days however we aim for next day delivery. Please allow time for any inconvenience such as potential delays due to postal service issues that are out of our control.

If you have not received your package within 3 weeks of shipping please contact us via phone or email and we can work it out for you. You will be sent a tracking number for your order which you can use on the dpd shipping website.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and any discount codes or vouches may also be applied at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in it's original condition. We will then refund the full amount minus the shipping cost for the return. We do not accept returns of any chewies.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way please email us as soon as possible with your full name, order number and a photograph of the items condition. We address these on a case to case basis but we will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
